Join us at Manatawny Greens on Friday, September 11 for the first annual Mini-Golf Tournament!  Free to participate, the tournament for adults aged 50 and better is being sponsored by the Phillies Fire Company.  Click here to download the flyer with more information.


2015 Car Raffle Results!!

The drawing for the car or $15,000 cash was held on Saturday, August 15 at 8pm in Memorial Park.  Winner_web

This raffle raised more than $10,000 for the senior center, supporting programs and services for older adults in the greater Pottstown area.  Thank you to everyone who participated, and to the businesses and organizations who supported us, including: Piazza Honda, Sanatoga Thriftway, Limerick Diner, Waltz’s Golf Farm, Pottstown Bicentennial Days, Pottstown Fourth of July, Pottstown Classics Car Shows, Boscov’s, SealStrip, Keller Williams Realty, Janet’s Nutritional Foods, Pottstown Rumble, Nelson Swartley/Long & Foster Collegeville, and Lower Pottsgrove Township.

A HUGE thanks to Barbara Updegrove, our top ticket seller again this year, who sold more than 150 tickets!

Lunch at Berean

Most of PASC’s activities are now located at the Berean Bible Church located at 2675 East High Street (next to Sanatoga Ridge and across the street from Cutillo’s Restaurant).

Our offices are now located at the first completed portion of Moser Road. Bingo and Poker games are also there and Information and Assistance staff (Alyssa) will be commuting from one location to the other as needed.

Stop by our center any weekday between 9:00AM and 11:00AM for a tour. Membership is only $15 per year ($20 for new members the first year only).  Although membership is not mandatory, among the benefits you receive are free home delivery of our newsletter 6 times a year, recognition of your birthday with a free meal and celebration at lunch, access to the pool at the Pottstown YMCA, and five free programs and activities at the senior center.

New Member Applications are available at the center or can be downloaded here PASC Application.  Please bring or send your completed applications to PASC, 288 Moser Road, Suite 1,  Pottstown, PA 19464 (or, if you’re really high-tech, you can email a scanned copy to office manager Sharon Leibensperger, (sharonlee7@greaterpasc.com) and never leave your house). Except to come to the senior center to have fun.

Please Note: If Pottstown School District is Closed, We are Closed. If they have a Delayed Opening, We are Closed.

Any individual interested in serving on the PASC board of directors should send a letter to the Nominating Committee describing his/her interest and expertise that he/she may offer to the board. The committee will interview any interested party for board membership.
